On Monday, October 24, HC DrugFree, in partnership with the Howard County PTSA Collaborative Parent Education Group, hosted a virtual town hall on teen substance misuse in Howard County. Parents, educators, mental health professionals, law enforcement representatives and more joined together in a conversation about what drugs students are using, how they are getting them, and what we, as a community, can do to prevent it.
