HC DrugFree Wraps Up 2025 Summer Life Skills Classes

HC DrugFree is excited to announce the successful completion of our 2025 Summer Life Skills classes! Over the past several weeks, middle and high school students came together online to learn, practice, and build the tools they need to make safe, healthy decisions throughout the school year.

The Life Skills sessions focused on practical skills such as communication, stress management, decision-making, setting goals, and recognizing risky situations. Through interactive activities and real-world examples, students gained strategies they can carry into high school, college, and beyond.

Our success would not have been possible without the incredible support of our community. We are especially grateful to:

  • ✅ Parents and students who joined us for these engaging sessions
  • ✅ Our dedicated high school and college team, whose leadership, energy, and commitment made the program possible
  • ✅ The community partners and supporters who continue to believe in our mission

The Life Skills classes are more than just lessons: they are an opportunity for students to connect, build confidence, and prepare for challenges ahead. By working together, we are creating a stronger, healthier community where youth can thrive.

We look forward to continuing these efforts and offering even more opportunities for students to learn, lead, and grow.

As always, we remind parents and caregivers to safely store all medications in secure locations to keep them away from your loved ones and to properly dispose of unwanted/expired medications.
